Choosing a home is one of the most fulfilling but daunting decisions you’ll ever make so, rather than confuse you with 100’s of plans, we’ve developed ‘families of plans’ to make the process easier.

Each design has a further range of architecturally designed standards options, that give us the flexibility to best match our designs with your block and how you want to live.

The South Australian Govt has recently adopted changes to the National Construction Code (NCC) that will affect all future new home builds. 

The NCC changes are effective from October 2024 and impose modifications on all standard plans for future compliance and approval. We are in the process of updating our marketing material to reflect the new plans, but in the meantime, some plans and displays may show room configurations or options no longer available in standard plans.
